2. Do you offer same-day appointments? Yes! We understand that children don’t always get sick on a schedule. We offer same-day appointments for sick visits. Please call our Rancho Cucamonga office at (909) 466-7337 or our Upland office at (909) 931-1313 as early as possible to secure a time slot. 3. What should I bring to my child's first visit? To ensure a smooth check-in process, please bring the following: Your child’s Immunization Record (yellow card). Your current Insurance Card. A valid Parent/Guardian ID. Any medical records from previous pediatricians. 4. Which insurance plans do you accept? We accept a wide variety of insurance plans, including many PPOs, HMOs, and Medi-Cal. Because plans change frequently, we recommend visiting our Health Plans page or calling our billing department to confirm we are in-network with your specific provider. 5. Do you provide telehealth services? Yes, we offer 24/7 virtual telehealth appointments.
