WELL CHILD VISIT

• Almost always, Well Child Visit is completely covered under your child health insurance

• Well Child Visit fees may vary depends on your child age and immunization.

VACCINES 

• Vaccines fees may vary depends on your insurance coverage. Most vaccines are covered fully by health insurance.

• If your child has No insurance, Vaccines administration fee of $25 per vaccine may apply.

• Our office may help referring you to get free immunization if your child is eligible.

 

 

URGENT CARE AND SICK VISIT

• Affordable urgent and sick visit services available. Affordable fee for uninsured, cash, or out-of-network patients. Comprehensive evaluation and treatment plan included. 

• If your child visit is complex and requires further treatment in office, our front desk will inform you upfront with any additional applicable fees.

• With Insurance, subscriber/parent may be responsible for co-pays, deductable and any health services that is not covered by your child insurance 

• No child to be left behind, our office will accommodate any available child's health needs
